Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

Extraaaz Innovative Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. seeks a proactive and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand market reach. The individual will be pivotal in promoting the company’s offerings, creating new business avenues, and nurturing client relationships to meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers through direct field visits and sales engagements.
• Market and sell company products to retailers, distributors, and business clients.
• Demonstrate product features and highlight advantages to prospective customers.
• Generate and convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
• Consistently meet defined monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Gather competitive intelligence and market insights to support strategies.
• Follow up promptly on customer queries and requirements.
• Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and client communications.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client support.

Qualification and Skills

• Graduate degree in any discipline preferred.
• Open to freshers and candidates with experience.
• Experience in field sales, FMCG, FinTech, SaaS, POS, or B2B sales advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated with target achievement focus.
• Familiarity with MS Office and mobile applications.
• Good problem-solving and client management aptitude.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Smartphone with internet access required.

Working Hours

Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
