This permanent, full-time position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that revolutionize businesses’ engagement with their customers by leveraging digital technologies and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end customer technology projects, encompassing research, business case creation, delivery, and deployment phases.
• Collect and prioritize business requirements by leading workshops and coordinating efforts across various teams to design solutions centered on the customer.
• Contribute to CRM and omnichannel transformation initiatives using data insights to tailor personalized customer experiences.

Skills and Experience Required

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail paired with excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Visio or Microsoft Azure.
• Proven ability to operate effectively within agile team environments and collaborate with interdisciplinary groups.
• Client-focused approach emphasizing value delivery and improvement of customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and application of Lean, Six Sigma, and agile techniques.
• Awareness of Marketing Technology (Martech), Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems, and other emerging technologies.
• Experience serving as a Product Owner or Scrum Master is advantageous.
