About the Role

We are collaborating with a longstanding financial services client to recruit a skilled Business Analyst who will serve as a critical liaison between business units and technology teams. This role transcends traditional ticket-based tasks, requiring close partnership with senior stakeholders in HR, finance, and enterprise systems projects.

• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between business and IT departments.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum of five years in business analysis or enterprise system roles.
• Background in financial services, investment management, or comparable complex enterprise settings preferred.
• Experience with HR and finance platforms and workflows is essential.
• Expertise in Workday is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills targeting executive stakeholders and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Curious technical mindset with the capacity to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
• Self-sufficient and effective in fast-paced, lean environments.
• Ability to thrive amidst high expectations in transformation-driven projects.

Additional Information

• This position is hybrid, requiring presence onsite three days per week.
• Candidates must be located within the Twin Cities area.
• The annual salary offered is $115,000.
