Responsibilities

Providing an inviting atmosphere for customers and collaborating closely with your team will be essential components of your daily work.

Qualifications and Skills

• No previous experience required; we welcome and support new learners.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
• Capacity to follow store policies including beverage and food preparation standards, cash handling, and safety protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a passion for engaging with customers.
• Quick learner who can follow verbal and written instructions and seek clarification as needed.
• Team player able to build positive relationships and work collaboratively.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and stay composed under pressure.
