Key Responsibilities

• Prepare premium espresso and specialty drinks maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
• Offer personalized and luxurious guest service by understanding customer preferences and fostering a welcoming café atmosphere.
• Maintain thorough expertise on coffee origins, brewing techniques, and menu items to provide knowledgeable suggestions and enhance customer experience.
• Operate and care for espresso machines and grinders to ensure peak performance and beverage excellence.
• Ensure outstanding cleanliness, food safety compliance, and aesthetic upkeep of the coffee station and surrounding areas.
• Control inventory by replenishing high-quality ingredients, efficiently rotating stock, and minimizing waste.
• Work closely with team members to deliver smooth and efficient service during busy periods without compromising accuracy and customer care.

Compensation

A monthly salary ranging from 25000 to 40000 INR is offered for this position.
