Job Overview

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team, responsible for managing and processing orders across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process orders for various e-commerce panels including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Shopify, and Shiprocket.
Review and troubleshoot tickets across all platforms, ensuring accurate resolution.
Communicate pertinent information related to tickets to facilitate prompt resolution.
Conduct follow-ups with account managers and other involved personnel to address ticket issues effectively.
Handle email correspondence professionally and timely.
Raise claims related to incorrect product returns.

Additional Information
