Associate Recruiter

Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our team on a full-time contractual basis. This position offers remote work flexibility with a weekly commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours and pays between $15 and $20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Innovatively source and engage potential candidates through creative techniques.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Arrange interviews, gather feedback, and ensure candidates have a seamless experience.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
• Analyze recruitment data and report metrics to enhance hiring methods.
• Keep precise records and documentation updated in the applicant tracking system.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in startup environments.
• Proficiency with diverse sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms.
• Capability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines concurrently.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and effective in working independently in a remote setup.
• Experience in fostering relationships with various stakeholders at different organizational levels.
