Role overview

Madison Pearl is recruiting an IT Support specialist for a leading asset management organization in Abu Dhabi. The role calls for an experienced professional with more than 5 years in IT support and hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

What you will do

• Take ownership of internal IT security activities.
• Oversee and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure.
• Deliver day-to-day technical support to employees across the business.
• Carry out reviews and audits of IT systems.
• Coordinate with external service providers and vendors.

What the employer is looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable IT support position.
• A bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Professional certifications such as MSCE are considered an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Good communication abilities and solid project coordination skills.
