About the Role
Join Pandora as an Assistant Store Manager and play a key role in driving store success and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will lead the retail floor operations, motivate your team, and support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and operational excellence. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 39-hour workweek covering all days from Monday to Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data, KPIs, and customer feedback to make informed commercial decisions that enhance store performance.
- Assist in developing and implementing effective business strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain and promote high visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines to maximize commercial impact.
- Support the leadership and development of a diverse and engaged team, fostering an inclusive environment that unlocks staff potential.
- Communicate clearly and consistently, providing constructive feedback and facilitating development discussions.
- Lead by example, embodying Pandora's core values: Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver.
- Represent the brand on the sales floor with deep product knowledge and enthusiasm to create personalized and meaningful customer interactions.
- Manage escalated customer service issues with professionalism and care to maintain exemplary service standards.
- Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, stock management, till operations, health and safety compliance, and security.
- Adjust staffing levels proactively in response to commercial demands and seasonal fluctuations.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining high store presentation and effective stock control.
