Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage API and process development along with scale-up activities.
- Design synthetic routes for pharmaceutical compounds efficiently.
- Plan experiments systematically and optimize procedures for enhanced outcomes.
- Interpret and analyze analytical data to guide development.
- Prepare necessary documentation supporting regulatory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards and maintain safety.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and mentor team members.
