About ECE Group

Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Architectural Technologist to join our London studio. This permanent full-time role involves significant participation in delivering projects primarily in the residential sector, from RIBA stage 4 through to completion. The role requires applying advanced technical skills to transform visionary designs into practical and compliant built environments.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a minimum ACIAT qualification.
- Solid technical expertise gained through diverse projects, preferably including developments valued at £5 million or more.
- Proven advanced skills in technical detailing and contemporary construction methods.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with excellent communication abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations, NHBC guidance, and housing design standards such as space standards and the London Design Guide.
- Strong proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of NBS (Chorus) specification software is advantageous.
- Competent in AutoCAD and general IT skills including Microsoft Office.
