Job description
Overview
Infosys is seeking a skilled Appian Developer with 3-5 years of overall IT experience, including at least 3 years focused on Appian development. The candidate must hold an Appian L2 (Senior Developer) certification and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Appian components such as Interfaces and Process Models based on finalized Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), adhering to industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate fully in the software development lifecycle from collecting requirements to deployment, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production environments.
- Expertly integrate Appian with external systems using Web APIs, Integration Objects, and Web Services.
- Experience with Appian integrations involving SharePoint, SAP, Salesforce, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is advantageous.
- Write and manage advanced SQL queries and functions related to Appian development.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications and user manuals for developed solutions.
- Handle deployment processes through version control systems such as Bitbucket and GIT.
- Engage actively in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Support UAT and production users by troubleshooting and resolving change requests and defects tracked via JIRA.
- Lead the enforcement of Appian best practices and governance in collaboration with client stakeholders.

- Experience in project leadership and team management.
