AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Engineer proficient in developing and deploying advanced AI and machine learning solutions, including work with large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and Agentic AI workflows. This position involves managing AI systems on local or on-premise infrastructure to support secure enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement AI/ML applications involving generative AI and LLM-based software.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and agentic AI workflows for robust AI solutions.
• Deploy and operate large language models on-premise, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in AI and machine learning development.
• Proficient programming abilities in Python.
• Experience working with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Understanding of foundational natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
• Familiarity with the complete ML model lifecycle, including training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Knowledge of REST API integration methodologies.
• Competence in version control systems, particularly Git.

Language Requirements

Fluency in English is essential for this role.
