Primary Responsibilities

• Implementing and maintaining crop production.
• Performing transplantation of plants.
• Applying soil amendments as needed.
• Assisting with phytosanitary care of crops.
• Weeding to ensure healthy plant growth.
• Harvesting vegetables according to orders.
• Supporting sales and product distribution when needed.
• Engaging in mechanized farm work depending on experience.
• Effectively estimating task durations and managing priorities, seeking help when necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent physical condition with ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Experience in agriculture or manual labor is considered an advantage.
• Educational background in agriculture or horticulture is a plus.
• Experience operating agricultural machinery or a forklift certification is beneficial.
• Desired qualities include reliability, punctuality, positive attitude, initiative, adaptability, and teamwork spirit.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position until end of season (until end of October), 40 hours per week.
• Salary will be determined based on internal pay scale considering training, experience, and responsibilities.
