AGM/DGM Projects - Construction Contracting at Gurgaon and Noida

Role Overview

This position involves leading comprehensive project execution in civil construction, ensuring efficient deployment of resources and adherence to schedules at Gurgaon and Noida sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise and oversee detailed project execution strategies in collaboration with planning and engineering divisions to guarantee timely project completion.
• Coordinate and allocate manpower, materials, and machinery strategically to enhance productivity and control costs.
• Manage financial aspects including budget monitoring, cost optimization, billing, collections, and safeguarding project revenue streams.
• Engage continually with clients, consultants, vendors, and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals and maintain stakeholder consensus.
• Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation measures to tackle project delays, compliance, and other challenges.
• Perform systematic site inspections and audits to enforce quality standards, environmental policies, and safety regulations.
• Maintain thorough project records and generate detailed weekly and monthly reports utilizing project management software and electronic documentation systems for leadership and external stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and coaching to project teams including engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to cultivate a high-performance culture.

Candidate Profile

• Experience ranging from 15 to 25 years in high-rise building construction.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering.
