Agile Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Lead to join our team in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Kolkata. This position requires 11 to 15 years of experience and is focused on driving delivery and governance setup within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement team structures, processes, and tooling that promote cross-disciplinary collaboration and accelerate business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain governance models that enable decentralized decision-making, ensure continuous value flow, and rely on fact-based performance metrics.
• Establish and monitor key success indicators such as KPIs and OKRs to foster a culture of outcome and value-driven innovation, encouraging ongoing experimentation and improvement.
• Document project scope and deliverables, create detailed project plans with milestones, and build Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Lead architecture reviews ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and sign-off on technical designs.
• Supervise cloud platform delivery, overseeing application implementation on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Manage containerization and orchestration initiatives using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring systems are scalable, highly available, and resilient.

Technical & Core Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in Agile and Scrum delivery leadership.
• Extensive project and program management experience in large enterprise settings.
• Proficiency with cloud services across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.
• Experience using containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of distributed databases such as YugabyteDB and Cassandra or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API design principles.
• Hands-on experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
• Competence in system performance tuning, scalability strategies, and comprehensive system design.
• Familiarity with distributed systems concepts including high availability, replication, and sharding.
