Affiliate Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Affiliate Manager to join our UK & Ireland Media team. This position involves nurturing and expanding relationships with key affiliate partners across various brands within the gaming sector. You will lead initiatives to grow the affiliate channel locally while coordinating with marketing, branding, creative, and AdTech teams to advance the overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and cultivate strong partnerships with designated affiliates such as PPC, Paid Media, SEO, and in-app channels across casino, live casino, and sports betting verticals.
• Proactively grow the affiliate partner portfolio by seeking new relationships and renegotiating current contracts to maximize ROI.
• Monitor affiliate traffic and performance to maintain traffic quality and brand safety standards.
• Collaborate with Central AdOps for reward plan management and ensure tracking mechanisms are operating correctly.
• Keep account materials current, including campaigns, creatives, landing pages, offers, and links.
• Analyze performance data using internal tools, tracking metrics like CAC, NDC, ROI, LTV, and Revenue Share to optimize accounts continuously.
• Work closely with AdTech teams to optimize tracking, attribution, and forecasting capabilities for accurate measurements.
• Coordinate with Brand and Creative departments to align messaging and creative assets with best practices.
• Partner with Central Marketing teams to maintain market-level synchronization and consistency.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events to maintain and expand professional networks, including international travel.
• Ensure all activities comply with regional advertising regulations and compliance standards.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2-3+ years of affiliate marketing experience in the gaming industry, whether on the client or affiliate side.
• Having established ties with top affiliate partners in the industry is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of affiliate marketing mechanics, technical aspects, industry best practices, and strategies for sustained growth.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in analytics platforms such as NetRefer, Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, or comparable tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
