Admissions Representative

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle virtual communications with prospective students outside local campus areas.

• Perform virtual interviews and deliver program presentations using company-approved platforms.
• Present program options, career pathways, outcomes, and enrollment details in engaging consultations.
• Encourage urgency and sustain active engagement to meet targeted enrollment timelines.
• Guide students through each step from inquiry to completed enrollment.
• Provide accurate guidance on program prerequisites, documentation requirements, and subsequent steps in compliance with enrollment standards.
• Assist students with relocation logistics including campus placement and housing planning.
• Collaborate with campus teams to facilitate seamless student transfers and accurate enrollment management.
• Maintain precise records within admissions systems regarding follow-ups, documentation, and student progress.
• Achieve daily goals related to outreach, response time, follow-up cadence, and enrollment targets.
• Develop strong internal relationships to enhance student success and optimize the admissions process.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably 3-5 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience in remote enrollment, distance learning support, or relocation-facilitated admissions is advantageous.
• Proven track record of meeting enrollment or performance-based goals.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
• Strong interpersonal skills and capability to motivate prospective students through critical career decisions.
