About the Opportunity
Join the supportive team at Rowena Jackson Retirement Village in Invercargill as a full-time Administrator. This position operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM and offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with rewarding challenges.
Role Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all visitors, providing guidance as needed
- Perform administrative duties including accounts and reception tasks
- Deliver hospitable and helpful service to residents, their families, visitors, and staff
- Handle telephone inquiries promptly and courteously
- Provide general assistance to residents and visitors
- Collaborate closely and support fellow team members
Candidate Profile
- Possess strong empathy and understanding
- Exemplary communication skills both verbal and written
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and personable demeanor
Additional Information
Applicants must have legal work rights in New Zealand due to immigration regulations. Although international candidates are welcome, only those eligible to work in New Zealand will be considered.
