About the Role and Company

SpeEdLabs is a rapidly expanding EdTech firm established by alumni of IIT and IIM, delivering AI-driven personalized learning solutions for students in classes 6 to 12, including preparation for JEE and NEET exams. Additionally, it offers programs in Robotics, AI, Coding, and STEM to schools nationwide, enhancing smarter learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Undertake 15 to 20 days of school visits per month across the state.
• Efficiently manage school retention and actively promote an increase in student admissions.
• Address and resolve any academic or school-related issues as they arise.
• Organize and facilitate teacher training sessions to support educational staff.
• Monitor student academic performance and their engagement levels continuously.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A fresh graduate with excellent communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the state, approximately 15 to 20 days each month.
• Strong focus on enhancing retention and driving growth in student enrollment.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve academic challenges effectively.
• Supportive of teacher training initiatives and boosting student involvement.
