Internship Overview
This part-time internship involves video editing tasks focused on creating engaging content from footage captured at various Cosy Farms sites including farms, offices, and hotels. The internship requires commitment over a three-month period with weekly deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Edit completed videos on a monthly basis with deliveries staggered weekly.
- Create short vertical videos suited for Instagram from raw clips filmed at Cosy Farms locations.
- Edit comprehensive walkthrough videos showcasing growing units, installation days, and time-lapse sequences.
- Incorporate subtitles, text overlays, music tracks, and cover images into all video cuts.
- Maintain a uniform style, rhythm, and color grading throughout all videos to ensure consistency across the brand's visual content.
- Collaborate with the brand lead by receiving briefs, submitting initial cuts punctually, and implementing feedback-based revisions.
- Manage and systematically organize all raw footage and final video files within the shared storage system with accurate labeling.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Capcut.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is beneficial.
- A portfolio or reel demonstrating expertise in crafting short-form vertical videos is essential.
- Must possess a personal laptop capable of running video editing applications smoothly.
- Strong interest and skills in video production and editing.
