About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition at Discovr AI, an AI-driven platform designed to streamline influencer marketing campaigns for brands and agencies. The intern will engage in end-to-end recruitment activities, supporting the HR team in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates from LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess fit.
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules efficiently.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
- Manage communication and timely follow-up with candidates.
- Assist with onboarding processes and related documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be based in Mumbai and available to work full-time onsite.
- Internship start date should be between July 24, 2026, and August 28, 2026.
- Availability for the full 3-month duration of the internship is required.
- Applicants should possess relevant recruitment and communication skills.
- Fresh graduates actively seeking roles are encouraged to apply.
- At least one previous internship experience in HR is preferred, especially within a digital marketing agency environment.
Stipend & Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000.

Additional Information
- Upon successful conversion to a permanent role, the expected salary ranges between ₹300,000 and ₹600,000 annually.
