GenElek Technologies Private Limited is an emerging startup specializing in assistive robotics, focused on developing exoskeletons to assist and enhance human capabilities. We invite interns to join our operations team to support critical logistical and supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate transportation schedules, monitor shipments to guarantee punctual deliveries, and optimize routing to minimize transportation expenses.
- Assist in end-to-end supply chain management, overseeing timely movement of materials and monitoring inventory to support seamless operations.
- Contribute to procurement activities by researching suppliers, soliciting quotes, placing orders, and collaborating with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely supply arrivals.
- Manage inventory by tracking stock quantities, conducting regular audits, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with logistics for stock replenishment and storage solutions.
- Handle import/export protocols ensuring compliance with customs regulations and facilitate smooth international shipment processing.
- Keep thorough and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, procurement actions, and related documentation including purchase orders and customs papers.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to identify operational bottlenecks and recommend strategies to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and boost efficiency.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation partners to assure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
