About the Internship

Solar Industries India Limited, established in 1995 and led by founder Shri Satyanarayan Nandlal Nuwal, has grown into a globally acknowledged leader in industrial explosives and defense ammunition manufacturing. We invite aspiring HR professionals to join us as interns, where you will gain practical exposure to a variety of human resource activities and contribute to the organization's development.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding activities effectively.
• Assist with preparation and management of documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases accurately.
• Engage in various HR projects and organizational initiatives.
• Contribute to employee engagement programs and events.
• Help with daily HR administrative duties and operational tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be available to work full-time onsite during the internship.
• Should be able to commence between July 19, 2026, and August 23, 2026.
• Commitment to a six-month internship period is required.
• Possess relevant skills and a strong interest in human resources.

Stipend and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 8000 to 12000.
• Certificate of completion.
• Letter of recommendation upon successful internship.
• Free snacks and beverages provided during office hours.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication abilities.
