We Are Crazy is a nonprofit dedicated to personal development and leadership education, operating through a global network of clubs. The foundation supports individuals from varied backgrounds to enhance their communication, public speaking, and leadership skills. Additionally, it contributes to overcoming economic challenges resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic by promoting education.

Internship Role and Responsibilities

This internship offers an opportunity to work remotely with a focus on graphic design and digital content creation. Key duties include:

• Creating and conceptualizing design layouts with a solid grasp of layout principles and aesthetics.
• Employing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW extensively to produce original graphics.
• Designing appealing banners for websites, mobile platforms, and digital ad campaigns.
• Developing images and visuals tailored for email marketing campaigns and landing pages.
• Handling a considerable volume of creative design tasks within tight deadlines.
• Crafting graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and website imagery; preparing initial sketches and iterating based on client or supervisor input.
• Collaborating closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and alignment with campaign goals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available to work from home.
• Must be able to commence the internship between July 16, 2026, and August 20, 2026.
• Availability for a continuous duration of three months.
• Possess relevant graphic design skills and interests.
• Women seeking to start or re-enter their careers are especially encouraged to apply.

Additional Details and Perks

• This is a part-time, remote internship lasting 3 months.
• Stipend ranges from ₹4500 to ₹5000 per month.
• Flexible working hours are offered with a five-day workweek.
• Interns will receive a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful conclusion of the internship.
