Open exclusively to candidates who can commit full-time on-site availability at Gurgaon, start between July 9 and August 13, 2026, possess relevant embedded system skills, are available for 6 months, and are pursuing Computer Science Engineering or similar disciplines.

About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in developing firmware for ESP32 devices focused on embedded systems. The intern will work closely with hardware and backend teams to integrate products effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain firmware for ESP32-based hardware platforms.
- Implement and manage communication interfaces including UART, SPI, I2C, WiFi, BLE, and MQTT.
- Perform debugging and optimize firmware for enhanced performance and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration.
- Produce clean, well-structured, documented, and testable embedded code.
Preferred Additional Experience
- Exposure to cloud IoT platforms such as AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or Firebase.
- Understanding of PCB schematics and the interaction between hardware and software in co-design processes.
- Experience in delivering OTA (Over the Air) firmware updates.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available full-time for an in-office internship based in Gurgaon.
- Internship must start between July 9, 2026, and August 13, 2026.
- Availability for the entire 6-month internship duration is mandatory.
- Applicants should possess relevant skills and genuine interest in embedded systems.
- Background in Computer Science Engineering or related fields is essential.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong command of C/C++ and Embedded C programming.
- Hands-on experience with ESP32, including ESP-IDF or Arduino frameworks.
- Understanding of microcontroller peripherals such as ADC, PWM, timers, and interrupts.
- Familiarity with Real-Time Operating Systems concepts, preferably FreeRTOS.
- Experience with debugging instrumentation like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers is advantageous.
- Prior involvement with IoT devices and sensor integration is highly valued.
Compensation and Benefits
- This is a paid internship offering a monthly stipend ranging from INR 20,000 to 25,000.
- Interns will receive a certificate of completion along with a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
