Internship Overview

This part-time internship offers hands-on experience in customer support related to their Educational ERP software, contributing to the company's expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding assistance and support for the company's Educational ERP system.
- Handle client inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly through on-site visits, telephone, email, and chat.
- Resolve both technical and non-technical problems within appropriate timelines.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide effective solutions.
- Operate autonomously while maintaining professionalism in managing customer concerns.
- Apply foundational knowledge in Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be from Surat and available for a part-time position.
- Must be able to commence between July 27, 2026 and August 31, 2026.
- Availability for a 3-month duration is required.
