The role centers on ensuring that research operations, client records, and outward communications stay aligned with applicable compliance standards.

The company delivers structured, data-backed research in intraday options and commodities trading to help active traders make more disciplined decisions. It also runs an online stock market learning platform through Mentorchamp Edtech Pvt. Ltd. The organization says it has trained over 50,000 students since 2018 and has achieved more than 100,000 app downloads.

Key responsibilities

• Work to keep the firm aligned with SEBI research analyst regulations.
• Track updates in the regulatory environment and keep compliance documentation current.
• Prepare and manage filings, records, KYC documentation, and client-related files.
• Check research reports, promotional material, and client-facing messages for compliance issues.
• Assist with internal audits, SEBI inspections, and compliance reporting activities.
• Liaise with management, auditors, and outside compliance or regulatory advisors.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can join a full-time, work-from-office internship, begin between 7 Jul 2026 and 11 Aug 2026, and commit for 3 months. Applicants should also have relevant skills and interest in the domain.

Other requirements

• Applicants should have 1–2 years of experience in compliance, legal, or financial services.
• NISM-Series-XV (Research Analyst) certification is mandatory.
• A working understanding of SEBI rules and research analyst compliance is required.
• Prior experience with a SEBI-registered research analyst, investment advisor, or financial services company will be preferred.

Stipend

The stipend offered for this internship is INR 5,000 to 8,000 per month.
