Internship Overview
This opportunity offers a full-time, on-site internship focused on the intersection of biotechnology and climate science. Interns will engage in research and analysis to understand emerging trends in biotech, agriculture, and bio-based industries while supporting a leading climate tech consulting firm.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research and assessments on new developments in biotechnology and related agricultural sectors.
- Contribute insightful content to the BioBiz website to establish thought leadership in biotech and biomass fields.
- Collaborate with the Energy Alternatives India consulting team on projects involving bio-energy, biofuels, bioplastics, biochemicals, bioremediation, and other sustainable bio-products.
- Gather market intelligence via primary and secondary research methods, including digital databases, interviews, and direct communication with providers of bio-based solutions.
- Assist in drafting comprehensive white papers and analytical reports addressing biotechnology's role in advancing renewable energy, green chemicals, eco-friendly transportation, sustainable packaging, and waste management.
- Support senior leadership by preparing targeted presentations for global corporate audiences.
Candidate Requirements
- Availability for a full-time, in-office internship lasting two months, start date between 16th July and 20th August 2026.
- Relevant skills and a strong interest in biotechnology, agriculture, or related disciplines.
- Candidates pursuing Civil Engineering studies are specifically encouraged to apply.
