  Developed a CT image denoising system to reduce Gaussian and Poisson noise from grayscale medical images. Implemented Mean, Gaussian, Bilateral, and transform-domain denoising methods for comparative analysis. Designed adaptive thresholding using local variance and edge detection to preserve anatomical structures while suppressing noise. Built a Streamlit web app to upload CT images, visualize denoising results, and evaluate performance using PSNR and SSIM.
