Program Overview

The Women Returnee Program is designed specifically for women desiring to resume their careers after a break of 8 months or more. This initiative targets role levels categorized as A3 and B1/B2, providing an opportunity for returnees to reintegrate into professional roles within the organization.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Applicants must be graduates or postgraduates.
Minimum of 2 years prior work experience is required.
This program is exclusively for women who have taken a career break of at least 8 months.
Fresh graduates are not eligible to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate self-motivation and eagerness to learn.
Exhibit a customer service-oriented mindset.
Ability to adapt and respond swiftly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Have prior experience in team and project management.
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
