Role Overview
This position involves being the expert in kitchen whiteware products such as cooktops, ovens, rangehoods, and dishwashers. You will engage directly with customers in a hands-on retail environment, offering customized advice and excellent service featuring leading whiteware brands. Responsibilities include conducting in-store demonstrations, providing detailed product guidance, and assisting customers in selecting ideal kitchen solutions, whether for a single item or multiple appliances.
Working Hours
- Tuesday to Saturday, 8 hours per day
Key Responsibilities
- Assess customer needs and recommend personalized whiteware solutions
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of diverse kitchen appliances
- Generate quotes, handle invoicing, and aid with installation and after-sales support
- Communicate with suppliers and service agents to address customer concerns
- Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations
- Maintain a professional and welcoming department presentation
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and foster a positive store atmosphere
Qualifications and Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate thrives in a sales-oriented environment, enjoys assisting customers in finding the perfect products, and excels at relationship building and closing sales. An enthusiasm for quality appliances, excellent customer service, and staying updated on kitchen technology is essential. Prior experience with appliances or whiteware is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided to those with a proactive approach.
