Job Overview

We seek a proactive and meticulous Warehouse Supervisor to manage warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory control and smooth distribution processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse functions such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate tracking and reconciliation of inventory records.
• Supervise inbound and outbound shipments to guarantee timely delivery.
• Organize the warehouse to uphold safety protocols and standards.
• Work together with procurement, logistics, and retail teams to maintain stock availability.
• Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Lead, train, and manage warehouse personnel to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure all warehouse transactions and inventory documentation are correctly maintained.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance warehouse productivity.
• Monitor quality and storage conditions, with special care for perishable and organic products.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing warehouse operations, inventory, or supervising logistics.
• Preferred experience in retail, FMCG, grocery, or food sectors.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel and related reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks.
