Job Overview
We are looking for a Voice Process Officer fluent in Tamil to join our team. This role demands excellent communication and persuasion skills to connect with clients and support their purchasing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients in fluent Tamil.
- Acquire and maintain updated contact information lists of potential and existing clients.
- Reach out to active and emerging clients to promote product purchases.
- Respond promptly to client questions, complaints, and feedback.
- Handle criticism constructively without taking it personally.
