Visual Merchandiser - Mainz (m/w/d)

Role Overview

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will creatively design sales areas, showcase windows, and style mannequins to deliver an inspiring shopping experience. You will independently implement visual and commercial concepts aligned with store guidelines and schedules, keeping current trends, product care, and impactful merchandise display in mind. Your flair for styling and attention to detail will shape the store’s appearance and contribute to your personal and H&M's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data independently to identify visual opportunities and collaborate with the Store Management Team to implement suitable optimization strategies.
• Share trend insights with the Store Team to actively enhance a unique customer experience.
• Set up promotion and sale areas and display merchandise in accordance with time-frames and plans.
• Represent H&M authentically and positively through your work.
• Optionally support Sales Market expansion projects.
