About the Role

Our client, a prominent private bank, is looking to recruit Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) to join their team in Chennai to handle customer relations virtually, focusing on both sales and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers through telephonic, email, and digital communication channels to maintain strong relationships.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly by providing appropriate banking solutions.
• Promote and sell banking products including CASA accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment options.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets consistently.
• Acquire new customers and nurture existing client relationships effectively.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Mandatory fluency in Hindi language; candidates must be comfortable communicating in Hindi.
• Open to freshers; 0 to 3 years of experience preferred in banking, BPO, or sales fields.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Minimum educational qualification is completion of 12th grade, though any graduate is preferable.
• Willingness to work from the office located in Chennai.
