Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking skilled Vehicle Technicians to join our well-established UK automotive service, maintenance, and repair business. This full-time, on-site role is based in Weybridge, England and offers opportunities for career advancement alongside competitive remuneration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine servicing and conduct repair or replacement work on vehicles.
  • Manage complex maintenance tasks such as clutch and timing belt replacements.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments in vehicle electrics, braking, steering, and suspension systems.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Possession of a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or an equivalent credential, or substantial relevant hands-on experience.
  • Full driving license with a maximum of 9 penalty points.
  • Experienced in diagnostic procedures relating to brakes, steering, suspension, engine systems, and capable of handling advanced repairs including coolant/diesel injector replacements, head gasket repairs, electrics, and brake fixes.

Additional Information

The role operates five days per week with Sundays off. On-target earnings can reach £45,000, comprising a base salary ranging from £33,000 to £38,100 plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging £6,900 annually. Referral bonuses are available under terms and conditions.
