About the Role
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team at Infobahn Softworld Inc. This position is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Secunderabad, Telangana. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience recruiting candidates primarily within the US market, especially focusing on engineering, semiconductor, and IT domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle including requirement analysis, sourcing candidates, screening, submission, and follow-up.
- Recruit candidates on the W2 employment model.
- Utilize job boards such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and LinkedIn effectively for candidate sourcing.
- Craft and refine Boolean search queries to optimize candidate searches on popular job portals.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems like Ceipal and Job Diva for efficient recruitment management.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of technology and relevant technical skill sets to accurately assess candidate qualifications.
Requirements
- 5 to 6 years of solid recruitment experience in the US staffing industry.
- Prior exposure to recruiting for engineering, semiconductor, and IT roles.
- Proficiency in using various job boards and ATS platforms.
