About the Role
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is seeking candidates for the position of Unit Manager in its Agency Channel. This leadership opportunity involves assembling and leading a team of Life Insurance Advisors (Agents) to boost business growth through enhanced team performance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Recruit a dynamic team of Life Insurance Advisors.
- Conduct training sessions, provide mentorship, and motivate agents to generate business effectively.
- Ensure active promotion and sales of Life Insurance policies by agents.
- Achieve sales targets with the help of the agency team.
- Track and evaluate team performance, furnishing continuous support on the field.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting professional relations with agents.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Must have completed graduation.
- Possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused mindset.
