Role Summary
The Family Office seeks a Treasury Manager responsible for overseeing treasury functions, ensuring effective liquidity and funding management to support investment initiatives and long-term wealth preservation. The role requires close collaboration with the CEO and Chief Investment Officer to ensure optimal capital deployment within a framework of robust financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute the Family Office's treasury strategy.
- Oversee liquidity and cash flow management across diverse entities and investment vehicles.
- Establish and nurture relationships with both local and international banks.
- Administer financing arrangements, debt management, and capital distribution.
- Facilitate acquisitions and investments by managing funding needs.
- Handle foreign exchange risks and overall treasury risk management.
- Keep abreast of financial markets to guide treasury strategy decisions.
- Create treasury policies, enforce controls, and develop governance structures.
- Collaborate with CEO, Chief Investment Officer, and Finance Manager to back investment activities.
- Generate treasury reports and financial analyses to aid executive-level decision making.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven leadership experience in treasury within corporate, investment, or family office settings.
- Extensive experience working in Qatar, with a well-established network of banking contacts.
- Strong expertise in liquidity management, financing, and capital allocation principles.
- Business acumen aligned with investment operations.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
- High levels of discretion and confidentiality.
- Typically 10 to 17 years of relevant professional experience.
- Driven individual in an active career growth phase.

- Arabic language proficiency.
- Background in supporting family offices or private investment firms.
- Experience with financing mergers, acquisitions, and investment deals.
- Familiarity with European investment frameworks.
