Job description
Role Overview
The Technical Training Manager will lead the creation, development, and delivery of technical training initiatives for a diverse renewable energy portfolio including Solar PV, Wind Turbine Generators, and Battery Energy Storage Systems. This critical position focuses on bridging skill gaps, standardizing technical procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and enhancing the competencies of site teams working on utility-scale renewable projects.
Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating operation and maintenance training programs for Solar, Wind, Battery Energy Storage, and hybrid renewable energy systems within Adani Green Energy, primarily under the Adani Skill & Education framework.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Possess a B.Tech or M.Tech degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering disciplines.
- Having certifications in Instructional Design or technical training is highly advantageous.
- Proven experience within Solar, Wind, Battery Energy Storage System, or Hybrid Renewable Energy system operations, maintenance, and projects is required.
