About the Role

As a Trade Supervisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our trade customers at the Sales Counter, delivering excellent service and building strong relationships.
Main Duties
- Engage with customers by understanding their specific project needs and offering tailored advice to drive sales, fostering trusted relationships.
- Manage your own business area within the store by taking responsibility for KPIs including sales, customer onboarding, and account growth, ensuring exceptional service.
- Lead, motivate, and coach your team to perform at their best, enhancing the store's reputation and success.
