Candidate Profile

• Ideally chartered as MRTPI or actively progressing towards chartership.
• Demonstrable planning experience gained in consultancy, private sector, or public sector contexts.
• Expertise in handling projects spanning residential, mixed-use, strategic, commercial, and energy sectors is highly beneficial.
• Experienced in preparing, submitting, and negotiating planning applications of various scales and types.
• For senior roles, experience with appeals and participation in informal hearings is advantageous.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary internal and external teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Strong client relationship management skills, providing insightful and dependable advice.
• Preferably possess local knowledge of, and previous work history within, the region of employment; relocation consideration possible.
• Possession of a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable.
