TM Architect

Role Overview

This position is responsible for managing design work end to end across the assigned region for the relevant projects. The role involves shaping concepts, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, keeping project documentation aligned, and supporting execution through the construction cycle.

Project Conceptualization

• Maintain strong working knowledge of applicable rules and regulations, including NBC, PMC_PCMC by-laws, and UDCPR provisions.
• Carry out test fits for internal evaluation and feasibility study purposes.
• Assess and measure the area identified for each project, then prepare the final design output for presentation and further handling.
• Convert design concepts into clear briefs for design consultants and architects.

Project Coordination

• Work closely with consultant teams as well as internal departments to keep the design process on track.
• Ensure alignment of product specifications across GFA, GFC, and sales brochures so the concept, product, and sales messaging remain consistent with no deviation.
• Obtain the necessary design-related approvals and secure resources such as materials required for project execution.
• Monitor project movement and take corrective action wherever design changes or issues arise.
• Respond to and resolve queries raised during the construction stage.

Process Adherence and Improvement

• Follow company policies, procedures, and defined working guidelines.
• Respect project schedules and ensure tasks are completed within timelines.
• Spot process or procedure gaps within the assigned work area that should be improved.
• Suggest practical ideas that can improve efficiency, reduce cost, or raise productivity.
• Participate in process improvement efforts within the work area.

• Identify development needs for both self and the team.
• Take active steps to build capability through training, learning, project exposure, and other development activities.
