Overview

Pathsky Global Pvt Ltd. is recruiting motivated Outbound Telecallers proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi to join their Gurgaon office. This position focuses on engaging with customers, driving lead generation, and booking appointments to provide outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

Place outbound calls to prospective clients.
Communicate details of products and services while effectively handling inquiries.
Identify and qualify leads, and arrange appointments.
Maintain precise call documentation in the company's CRM system.
Meet daily objectives related to call volume and quality standards.
Adhere strictly to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

Between six months to one year experience in outbound calling, telesales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
Fluency in spoken English, Hindi, and Marathi languages.
Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
Basic computer literacy, including typing skills.
A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
Minimum educational attainment: completion of 12th grade or graduation.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior work experience in BPO, lead generation, or appointment scheduling.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
