Telesales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a committed Telesales Executive to join our team based in Kolkata. This position demands a strong telephonic sales background with the ability to engage potential customers effectively and convert leads into sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls focused on tele-sales to generate and close leads.
• Achieve sales targets through strategic customer interaction and persuasion.
• Maintain a high conversion rate from leads to paying customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of solid experience in outbound telesales.
• Proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales deals.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to convince customers effectively.
• Fluent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali languages.
• Education level of 12th grade or higher.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in companies such as FastInfo, Globiva, Startek Sales Process, Justdial, Teleperformance Sales Process, House of EdTech, Matrimony.com, and Shaadi.com.
• Applicants with backgrounds in customer support, inbound sales, FMCG, retail, shop/counter sales, or field sales are not eligible to apply.

Working Hours and Location

• Work is office-based in Kolkata, West Bengal.
• Working hours are from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Workdays are Monday through Saturday with Sundays off.

Additional Information

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Candidates must undergo a mandatory face-to-face interview.
• Salary offered ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 as in-hand monthly pay.
