Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the loan application process from initial customer contact to the successful disbursement of loans. You will work closely with customers and the backend team to facilitate smooth lending operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect vital documents from customers, including Aadhar, PAN card, and payslips.
- Analyze customers' creditworthiness through CIBIL credit report evaluations.
- Assist customers in accurately completing their loan application forms.
- Collaborate with the backend team to track and process loan requests efficiently.
- Ensure timely and hassle-free loan disbursement to customers.

Compensation
