Telecalling Executive

About the Role

Hare Krishna Wealth Solutions invites applications for the position of Telecalling Executive mainly focused on promoting credit cards. This position demands energetic individuals to engage prospective clients, informing them of the product features and benefits, while working to convert inquiries into successful credit card enrollments.

Primary Duties

• Place outbound calls to potential customers using the database provided.
• Clearly communicate credit card details including features, benefits, and any active promotions.
• Generate interest in credit card offerings and convert interested prospects into confirmed applications.
• Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to drive engagement.
• Conduct follow-up communications with interested clients and referrals.
• Accurately log daily call details and update CRM systems accordingly.
• Coordinate and ensure necessary documentation is in order for credit card application approvals.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: completion of 10th grade or graduation.
• Age range: 18 to 35 years.
• Preference for female candidates.
• Proficient communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation capabilities.
• Basic experience or understanding of telecalling or sales; freshers are welcome.
• Self-driven individual with a positive outlook and sales-focused approach.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally and courteously.

• Fixed monthly salary between ₹10,000 and ₹15,000.

Working Conditions

• Location: 417, 4th Floor, Orbit Mall, PU-4 Scheme No. 54, Beside C21 Mall, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, 452010.
• Scheduled work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.
• Sundays off as weekly rest day.
