About the Role
Uniquechoice Tech Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Telecalling Executive based at their office on the 5th floor, 507 Siddharth Building, Nehru Place, New Delhi. This is a full-time position working from 10 AM to 7 PM, with Sundays off.
Compensation
The role offers a fixed monthly salary ranging between ₹15,000 and ₹23,000, complemented by incentives amounting to ₹3,000.
Eligibility
This position is exclusively open to female applicants who have completed at least the 12th grade.
Main Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers using a supplied database.
- Promote and sell the company's products via telephone calls.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Manage follow-ups with leads and nurture ongoing customer relationships.
- Address basic customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of phone calls and sales transactions.
