Role overview
Zebronics is hiring a Technical Support Executive to assist customers with electronics, audio equipment, computer operating systems, smart devices, IoT products, and other IT-related products.
What you will do
- Investigate and fix both hardware and software problems.
- Offer technical help to customers over phone, email, and chat.
- Set up, configure, and support Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
- Track down the root cause of issues and work toward quick resolution.
- Pass on difficult cases to the appropriate team when needed.
- Keep yourself informed about new technologies and product updates.
What we are looking for
- Working understanding of electronics, audio products, computer hardware, and IT products.
- Practical exposure to Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Familiarity with smart devices and IoT-based products.
- Strong analytical ability and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
- Good customer interaction and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate well in both Hindi and English.
Eligibility
Applicants should have a B.Tech / B.E. degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Computer Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical. Diploma candidates in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, or Electronics are also eligible.
